A cooperative with a fixed idea

Horitzó Educatiu is a worker cooperative. It's not a stylistic choice: we believe an organisation that helps schools with distributed leadership and participatory governance should operate that way internally.

We combine expertise in psychopedagogy, school leadership, methodological innovation and educational technology. We work mostly in Catalonia, in Catalan, and know the regulatory and institutional context of the Catalan education system.
