Prioritisation
We share what we've seen and decide together what's urgent, what's important, and what can wait.

Design
We build an action plan with concrete actions, owners and measurable indicators.
- 041–2 school years
Implementation
We support the leading team. Training, working sessions and ongoing support.

Evaluation
We measure impact with the agreed indicators. Without indicators, there's no demonstrable improvement.
