Focus areas
VET has its own challenges. It deserves its own answers.
Most educational consulting is designed for early years, primary and lower secondary. VET often ends up as an adaptation of those models.
It shouldn't be that way. A VET school works with adult or near-adult learners, has direct ties to industry, teaches professional families that evolve at different speeds, and faces digitalisation pressure coming from the sector, not only the classroom.
